Think Like An Expert! and Prevail on Damages

A Learning Program for Litigating Attorneys

 

 

Recently we were asked by one of our IP attorney clients to develop a program for his law firm on how damages experts approach their work on the case. Think Like An Expert! and Prevail on Damages is now two different programs, one on lost profits in commercial litigation and the other on damages approaches in Patent Litigation from both a lost profits and reasonable royalty perspective.  They are designed to help litigators better understand the expert’s thought process and ultimately present more effective damages cases from either the plaintiff’s or defendant’s point of view. It covers how information is properly used, or sometimes abused, by experts when addressing important damages issues.
